AFFOGATO AL CAFFE by Honest Cooking

 INGREDIENTS

• 2 glasses of mocha or espresso
• 4 of your favorite ice cream scoops
• additional flavoring: chocolate sprinkles, grated white/dark chocolate, a dash of cinnamon or cardamom, some rum or Kahlua

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook coffee and pour in glasses. It needs to be warm so that the ice cream melts.
2. Put 1 tsp of rum or Kahlua into each glass.
